Cookie Policy

COOKIE POLICY Last updated: January 2026 1. WHAT ARE COOKIES? Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to improve your browsing experience, and to provide information to the website operator. 2. HOW WE USE COOKIES The SUNCITY website https://www.sctrading.ae, operated by SCTRADING, uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, keep your shopping cart and wishlist working, understand how visitors use our pages, and improve our content and services. 3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE a) Strictly Necessary Cookies These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They enable core features such as page navigation, secure checkout, cart and order processing, and account login. Without these cookies, the services you request cannot be provided. b) Functional & Preference Cookies These cookies remember your choices, such as your preferred language (English or Arabic), so you do not have to set them again on each visit. c) Analytics & Performance Cookies These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the website — for example, which pages are visited most and whether any errors occur — so we can improve performance and content. The information collected is aggregated and does not directly identify you. d) Marketing Cookies If enabled, these cookies may be used to show you relevant offers and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. They are only used with your consent where required. 4. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES Some cookies may be set by third-party services we use, such as analytics providers or embedded content (for example, maps or video). These third parties process data under their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. 5. MANAGING YOUR COOKIE PREFERENCES Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings — you can block or delete cookies at any time. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website (such as checkout and order tracking) from working correctly. If a cookie preference tool is available on the website, you can use it to change or withdraw your consent at any time. 6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. 7.
