These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of products from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. 1. ABOUT US This Website is operated by SCTRADING, a company licensed in the United Arab Emirates under trade license number 2624718017888, with registered address at BC-892504 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman. ELIGIBILITY By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 3. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, product images are illustrative, and minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. All product information is subject to change without notice. Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale unless agreed in writing. 4. PRICING AND PAYMENT All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees, and any applicable discounts are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Online payments, when available, are processed securely by our payment service provider; we do not store your full card details. 5. ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or SMS and dispatch the product, or, for cash-on-delivery orders, when we confirm the order with you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, any amount charged will be refunded through the original payment method. 6. DELIVERY We deliver within the United Arab Emirates to the emirates and areas listed at checkout. Delivery fees, free-delivery thresholds, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. 7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. For hygiene reasons, personal-care products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period. 8. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS You may shop as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms & Conditions. 9. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or infringing intellectual-property rights. 10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. 14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
